The Discord is where the studio actually is. Playtest invites go out there, builds land there before they land anywhere else, and the arguments about balance that end up changing the game happen in public in the channels.
If your question is about playing the game, joining a session, or something that broke while you were playing it, this is the one to use. You will get an answer from whoever built the thing you are asking about.

Everything that is not a playtest question: press, business, anything you would rather not put in a public channel. It is a small studio, so it is the same people either way; email is simply the one that leaves a record.
If you are writing about the studio or the game, the media kit has the logos, the screenshots and a fact sheet, and everything in it is free to use in coverage. Take that first and write to us with whatever it does not answer.
